Do not delete scheduled media yet
For scheduled posts that have not been published, keep the attached media in your Postly Cloud library. Deleting media before the post goes live can break the scheduled post or prevent the media from publishing correctly.
Organize with folders
You can create folders and organize your media library. A good setup is to keep a permanent evergreen folder for reusable brand assets and a working folder for campaign or episode-specific files.
Published-media management filter

Permanent reusable links
For evergreen brand images and reusable assets, select the media from the library and copy its permanent Postly Cloud link. These links can be reused when publishing without re-uploading the asset each time.
