  • Yes, Postly uses the official Facebook API for all integrations, ensuring a secure, reliable, and compliant experience for managing your Facebook Pages.

How to connect your Facebook Page to Postly: Step-by-step instructions

  1. Ensure you have full admin access to the Facebook Page you wish to connect.
  2. When connecting, accept all requested permissions from Facebook; declining permissions may disrupt the connection.
  3. To connect multiple Facebook Pages, add them one at a time in separate sessions to avoid conflicts.
  4. Note: The official Facebook API does not support direct publishing to personal Facebook profiles or Facebook groups. Postly only supports publishing to Facebook Pages.

Platform Connection Permissions

a. You must be a Super Admin (LinkedIn), Admin (most platforms), Manager (Google Business Profile), or Channel Owner (YouTube) to connect accounts. Other sub-admin roles are not allowed.

b. Please accept ALL permissions when connecting your account.

d. Logging out or changing your password on social platforms will affect your connections; reconnect to ensure a smooth experience.

Multiple Accounts Connection

a. Some platforms limit you to a single account per browser session.

b. To work around this, open each account in a separate browser tab. Sign in to all of your accounts simultaneously, then switch between tabs to connect each one.

c. Alternatively, you can sign in and out of each account one at a time, connecting them sequentially.
