Check Content FormatThe API does not allow direct publishing on personal profiles. After publishing via the web, you can use the mobile app’s Share Post feature.
Steps:
1. Publish the post from the web or mobile app.
2. Use the Share Post feature (found in the hamburger menu) on the mobile app.
a. You must be a Super Admin (LinkedIn), Admin (most platforms), Manager (Google Business Profile), or Channel Owner (YouTube) to connect accounts. Other sub-admin roles are not allowed.
b. Please accept ALL permissions when connecting your account.
c. If you see error #10 (Application does not have permission for this action), disconnect and reconnect ensuring all permissions are accepted.
e. Reconnecting does not affect already scheduled posts.
f. Logging out or changing your password on social platforms will affect your connections; reconnect to ensure a smooth experience.
a. Some platforms limit you to a single account per browser session.
b. To work around this, open each account in a separate browser tab. Sign in to all of your accounts simultaneously, then switch between tabs to connect each one.
c. Alternatively, you can sign in and out of each account one at a time, connecting them sequentially.
Schedule and publish a variety of post formats on Facebook, including text, images, and videos.
Publish up to 10 images with associated links to help boost your business awareness and sales.
Add the first comment automatically to drive engagement and enhance your post reach.
Manage your Facebook messages, respond promptly, and build stronger customer relationships.
Schedule stories and reels to maintain a dynamic presence and keep followers engaged.
The API does not allow direct publishing on personal profiles and Creator account to be published via the web. However, after publishing the post, you can use the Mobile app to Share to other channels, including the personal profile.
