Facebook Pages Missing After Connection

If you manage several Facebook Pages but only some appear in Postly, the missing Pages usually were not included in the permissions granted to Postly through Meta.

This is especially common for newly created or newly assigned Pages, or after Page roles change following the original Facebook connection. Meta may keep the original Page selection until you update the Postly business integration.

Fix missing Facebook Pages

  1. Sign in to the Facebook profile that manages the missing Page.
  2. Open Facebook Business integrations.
  3. Find Postly under active business integrations.
  4. Select View and edit.
  5. Enable Show a list of the Pages you manage.
  6. Under Pages, select every Page you want Postly to access.
  7. Review the remaining publishing permissions and keep the permissions required for the content types you use.
  8. Select Save.
  9. Return to Connections in Postly, reconnect Facebook if prompted, and refresh the page list.

The newly authorized Pages should now appear with their Facebook Page names and pictures.

Why this happens

Postly uses Meta's official authorization flow. It can list and publish only to Pages for which Meta supplies the required Page permissions and access token.

Creating a Page does not always add it to an authorization you approved earlier. Likewise, being able to open a Page in Facebook does not necessarily mean the Postly business integration has permission to access it.

If the Page is still missing

  • Confirm you are signed in to the Facebook profile that manages the Page.
  • Confirm the Page is active and not scheduled for deletion.
  • Confirm you have sufficient Page access to authorize third-party publishing tools.
  • Reopen Business integrations → Postly → View and edit and verify the Page remains selected.
  • Reconnect Facebook from Postly after saving the Meta permission changes.
  • Try the authorization in a private browser window if Facebook keeps selecting the wrong profile.

Do not add a Page to Postly using an unrelated Page ID or another Page's token. Without Meta's authorization, publishing will fail even if the Page can be displayed.
