Approval Workflow

Set up approval workflows to streamline content review.

Overview

Approval workflows help teams maintain quality and compliance by routing posts through predefined review steps before publishing.

Steps

  1. Access the workflow settings
    Navigate to Organizations in the sidebar.
    Click Workspace to get started.

  2. Define the approval stages
    Set up one or more stages such as:

    • No approval required
    • Approval required - select number of approvers
  3. Draft & Submit
    Create posts and submit for approval by scheduling or publishing.

  4. Pending Approval Lock
    Posts are locked during review; reject to unlock for editing.

  5. Approval & Scheduling
    Approved posts publish immediately or queue in Scheduled folder.

  6. Edit After Approval
    Edits send posts back to Pending Approval for review.

  7. Rejected Posts
    Rejected posts move to Not Approved folder and are editable.

  8. Published Posts Locked
    Published posts are locked; use the Republish feature to create new versions.
