Keep launch ideas and reusable prompts beside your drafts.
For creators →Postly Campaigns
Give your team one place to develop campaign content, review it and build a publishing schedule. Use campaigns when you need shared context; keep creating ordinary posts whenever you prefer.
01
Give your campaign a name and a brief. Teammates can contribute ideas through Team Notes, assign them to a workspace member, develop them into content, then close or discard them without losing the discussion.
02
Write drafts in the campaign or generate them with AI. Save reusable prompts, review the output, edit the copy, attach media and add a first comment. Drafts remain in Postly cloud until you choose to schedule them.
03
Turn on content approval for campaigns that need it. An eligible teammate reviews the copy before scheduling. Changing reviewed content requires another review, with decisions recorded in campaign activity.
04
Select drafts, choose connected channels or an Audience group, then set the start time and spacing. See which items were scheduled and which need attention.
05
View scheduled campaign content in a month calendar using the campaign’s time zone. Select a day to inspect its posts and open their publishing settings.
06
Eligible reviewers receive Postly notifications when campaign content needs attention. Open the workspace Reports review inbox to find assigned reviews and the latest draft.
Campaign content approval is optional and happens before scheduling. Workspace post approval governs publication after the post has its destinations and schedule. Passing one does not bypass the other.
Review the draft, request changes and record the decision. Authors cannot approve their own content.
Keep your existing workspace approval policy, reviewer permissions and minimum approval count.
Campaign publishing reports show associated drafts, scheduled content, posts awaiting approval and publication status. Follow practical recommendations when a queue is empty or a post needs attention.
Explore campaign publishing reports →Share selected content through an expiring review link. Clients can approve the shared version or request changes, and your team can revoke the link. Anyone holding the link can review; the name they supply is not a verified workspace identity. Client feedback remains separate from your team’s content and publishing approvals.
