Getting Started

Support conduct and respectful communication

Understand Postly's support language rules, blocked-message alerts, and how to continue a support conversation.

An organized workspace with connected publishing destinations

Postly support is here to help you resolve problems and understand your account. You can disagree with a price, challenge an answer, report a failure, or request a refund review. Please explain your concern respectfully.

Language we do not accept

Do not send profanity, sexual insults, racial or identity-based slurs, harassment, or threats to our team. Frustration with a product or a billing decision does not justify abuse. These expectations apply to AskOnu, support requests, and email conversations.

AskOnu checks messages against a curated prohibited-language list covering English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic, including common transliterations and disguised spellings. Coverage varies by language and is not exhaustive. Attempting to disguise a prohibited word with spaces, symbols, or repeated letters does not make it acceptable.

If AskOnu blocks your message

You will see a respectful-language alert. The blocked message is not sent to the assistant or added to the chat transcript. Your draft remains available so you can edit it. Support-email drafts submitted through AskOnu are also checked before delivery.

  1. Remove the prohibited language from your draft.
  2. Describe the affected feature, what happened, and the help you need.
  3. Send the revised message.

The filter checks text rather than intent, so a quotation or an otherwise legitimate message can be flagged. If that happens, remove or paraphrase the flagged wording. If you still cannot submit a respectful request, email support@postly.ai, describe the false positive without repeating offensive wording, and ask for a human review.

Disagreements about plans or pricing

You may ask us to review your purchase and explain your entitlements. Include the plan or offer you purchased and the feature you are asking about. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or full payment-card details.

A language alert does not change your plan or purchase entitlements. Support can review an entitlement question separately from enforcing respectful communication. See the API workflow guide for API access information.

Continued abuse

We may end a support conversation if abusive language continues. We remain available to address legitimate product and account questions through respectful communication.
