POSTLY CRM · BUILT INTO YOUR WORKFLOW
Reply, save customer details, automate common responses, and remember the next action—all alongside your publishing work.
Included with Postly Pro and eligible legacy plans. Shared channel limits apply.
Less switching. More connecting.
Four everyday tools, with the customer context right where you need it.
Reply to supported direct messages, comments, and reviews from one workspace. Open related conversations from your published Postly posts.
Automatically collect and request contact details by default. Turn automation off per workspace, or use manual entry and requests alongside it. Keep tags, ownership, conversation history, and exports.
Set up Facebook and Instagram comment and DM replies. Add an optional Instagram Follow Gate to verify a follow before delivering your DM content, then continue in your inbox.
Offer questions visitors can tap, use a Default reply when no other rule matches, and add optional website buttons to Instagram comment-triggered private replies, subject to Meta’s delivery limits.
Set a personal reminder from a conversation, contact, or Postly post. Choose a time and receive in-app notices plus email by default, with an email off switch.
Already part of your day
Open supported conversations from a published post, set up an account-wide comment auto-reply, or remind yourself to return later. The same customer workspace is available inside Postly and in the focused PostlyCRM dashboard.

Your channels. Your team. Your choice.
Owners and Admins can authorize compatible accounts from CRM and select which channels sync within their permitted workspaces and available capacity. Publishing can stay disabled on a CRM-only channel.
CRM is allowed by default. Owners can review every workspace on the CRM workspace access page, enable or disable access, and manage channel selections. Disabling a workspace releases its CRM allocations. Channel slots are shared across the account. Extra workspaces do not create charges; additional capacity requires an account-level purchase.
Choose Owner, Admin, or Editor during invitations and role updates. No role is preselected and no separate CRM role is needed. Only the account Owner can enable or disable CRM for a workspace; Admins can manage its channels.
Pro and eligible legacy subscriptions share channel capacity across Publishing, CRM, and Bio Pages. Each Publishing selection and CRM selection uses a slot: three Publishing channels plus two CRM-only channels use five slots; one channel enabled for both uses two. Disabling Publishing preserves CRM authorization; disconnecting everywhere removes both uses. Separate CRM subscriptions retain their own allowances. Other CRM pages remain available before inbox channels are connected, subject to your role and plan.
Pro and Enterprise include full CRM. Five publishing slots give five CRM selections without consuming additional publishing slots. LTD customers can buy Postly CRM separately. Legacy subscribers can upgrade to Pro.
