Find the images that need attention
Validation checks the selected destination’s media requirements. A summary identifies affected media, while each relevant image has a Fix action. This makes it possible to distinguish one incompatible file from an entire post that needs a different format or publishing setting.
Choose Fix all for a batch
Use Fix all when several images have repairable issues. Review the listed changes, then let Postly process eligible images together. The repair uses destination requirements rather than applying one arbitrary size to every platform. Originals remain available while the publishing versions are updated.
Review unresolved issues
Some problems require replacing an image, changing content or choosing a different posting format. A successful repair of several images does not imply that every requirement has been met. Remaining issues stay visible; inspect them before scheduling. Avoid repeating an automatic repair indefinitely when the source cannot meet the requirement.
Check order and composition after repair
Cropping and resizing can change how an image reads. Check faces, text and edges, and confirm that the first image still works as the cover. Keep alt text meaningful for the resulting image. When using multiple accounts, review the account-specific versions because their requirements can differ.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to fix nine images one by one?
No. Fix all processes eligible images as a batch, while individual Fix actions remain available.
Can Fix all resolve every error?
No. Unsupported or unsuitable source media may require manual editing or replacement. Unresolved issues remain marked.
