Open Reports from your workspace to compare campaigns, choose a content creation period and export the loaded reports as CSV or PDF. Set publishing targets and see how much remains.

Save an immutable snapshot for a milestone or final review. Each snapshot keeps its original figures even as the campaign continues.
Deliver on a schedule
Send weekly or monthly saved reports to selected workspace members in Postly notifications. Weekly reports cover the preceding 7 days; monthly reports cover the preceding 31 days. Delivery uses UTC.
See workload and organization progress
Compare open ideas by assignee and status, including overdue planned work. Organization administrators can review active campaign summaries across their organization’s workspaces.
Reports ready for clients and executives
Export either module as CSV or a paginated PDF. Add your logo, brand color, report title, company header and footer. PDFs preserve dates, coverage and unavailable metric labels. PDF and branded reports use advanced analytics access.
