WhatsApp Template Management

Templates are the foundation for reliable scheduled, campaign and business-initiated WhatsApp messaging.

Free-form WhatsApp messages are only allowed inside the active 24-hour customer service window. Templates are required for new conversations, expired windows and bulk campaigns.

Workflow

  4. 4Track Pending, Approved and Rejected states in Postly.
