Clear Cache in Your Browser

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > All sites.
  3. Search for postly.ai in the search bar.
  4. Click postly.ai and select Clear data.
  5. Refresh Postly to verify the fix.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
  3. Click Manage Data and search for postly.ai.
  4. Select postly.ai and click Remove.
  5. Refresh Postly to verify the fix.

Safari

  1. Open Safari and press Command + , to open Preferences.

  4. Refresh Postly to verify the fix.

Safari does not provide a direct settings URL. Use the Preferences menu.
