Where do I find AskOnu?
Sign in to Postly and select the AskOnu button in your workspace. Type your question, ask a follow-up, or select New chat to start another topic.
Is there a daily support question limit?
No. AskOnu support questions are unlimited and do not use your AI creation credits. You can keep asking follow-up questions when you need help.
What can I ask about?
Ask about publishing, scheduling, bulk uploads, Google Sheets, connected accounts, shared drafts, and media storage. Include the exact error message and what you were trying to do for more useful guidance.
Can AskOnu publish posts or change my account?
AskOnu provides guidance and can use available information from your workspace to help explain an issue. You remain in control of publishing, account settings, and other changes.
What if I still need help?
Use Email support in AskOnu to contact the Postly team. When AskOnu prepares a support request, you can review and edit it before confirming that it should be sent. You can also browse the Help Center.
Can I use AskOnu to create social media content?
AskOnu is for help using Postly. For captions, images, and other content, use AI Studio or Optimize with AI in the post editor. Those creation features use their usual AI credits.
