Adhere strictly to the CSV template format:
- Do not rename or delete header information; remove any unnecessary columns.
- Make a copy or download the CSV template file before updating it with your content.
- Connect only the platform channels you want to publish to; otherwise, content will publish to all connected channels.
- Use different Workspaces for various platforms to avoid frequent disconnects and reconnects.
- Limit bulk posts to a maximum of 500 rows and a minimum of 4 rows.
- Remove all instructions from the CSV file before uploading; only post content is required.
CSV Upload Guide:
- Download and update the CSV template file. Follow the format strictly to avoid issues.
- Use the Postly Cloud system to host your media content (images and videos). This system provides easy access to media links for faster publishing.
- Upload your images, select them, and export the links to a CSV file for bulk posting.
- Once the CSV file is ready, upload it to start the publishing process.
- Ensure images and videos are hosted on a publicly accessible site; Google Drive and Dropbox are not suitable for this purpose.
Image and Video URL Guide:
- Multiple image URLs can be added by separating each with a comma.
- Images must be hosted on publicly accessible platforms.
- Always make a copy or download the CSV template before editing.
- Do not use Google Drive or Dropbox for image or video storage; these URLs won't work.
- Only one video URL is allowed per post.
- Image URLs should link directly to the image file, ending with typical extensions (e.g., .jpeg, .png).
- Video URLs should be direct. Incorrect: YouTube Shorts; Correct: YouTube Video.
- Postly Cloud URLs are optimized for bulk posting and do not follow these restrictions.
