Check content formatOfficial API:
- Schedule posts on Google Business Profile: Postly uses the official Google API for integrations. This ensures that our users have the best experience, security and protection.
Schedule Google Business Profile posts:
- a. Publish only one image at a time.
- b. Does not allow video posts at the moment due to API restrictions.
- c. Image size: Between 10 KB and 5 MB.
- c. Recommended resolution: 720 px tall, 720 px wide.
GBP Platform connection:
- a. You must be a manager to the GBP Locations. Manager access is required, as Editor, Subtitle Editor, Viewer and others are not allowed.
- b. Note that logging out of your social platforms, changing your social media account password, or login details will affect your connections here, reconnect to ensure a good experience.
- c. You must accept all permissions while connecting your account.
- d. Reconnecting your account does not affect already scheduled posts, they will still be published at the scheduled time.

Multiple-accounts connection
- a. Some platforms do not allow multiple accounts on the same browser session.
- b. You would have to first sign in to all your Facebook accounts on a different browser tab and then switch to each to connect it to Postly.
- c. Alternatively, you can sign in/sign out to one account at a time, while connecting each to Postly.
