Video-first growth
Output is the strategy: consistent Reels + demo content that makes Postly obvious, memorable, and shareable.
Content targets: Reels, short demos, feature highlights, “build with Postly” workflows.

Hybrid - a few days in-office per week.

Actor / Presenter
On-Camera Creator (Reels + Demos)
- Record short Reels showing Postly workflows and results
- Create punchy demo videos (15–60s) with clear hooks
- Work from scripts + improv simple “creator-style” delivery
- Comfortable filming regularly for a consistent publishing cadence

Editing + Motion + Consistency
Video Editor (Short-Form + Product Demos)
- Edit Reels and demo videos with fast pacing + clean captions
- Create reusable templates for recurring series (weekly formats)
- Basic motion graphics for UI callouts and feature highlights
- Keep exports consistent for IG Reels + TikTok + Shorts
