1. Sign Up
Create your Postly account to get started.
Steps

Go to https://app.postly.ai -
Choose a sign-up method
You can register using:- Email & Password
- Passwordless Login
- Apple

Enter your account details
Use the primary email address responsible for billing, subscriptions, and workspace management. -
Create your Organization and Workspace
Workspaces help separate brands, clients, campaigns, or departments. -
Verify your email address
Recommended for account security and required if enabling 2FA. -
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)
Recommended for agencies, teams, and client workspaces.
2. Workspace Settings
Configure how your team works inside Postly.
Steps

This is required before scheduling posts or email campaigns. -
Set up approval workflows (Optional)
Prevent accidental publishing by requiring approvals before content goes live. -
Invite team members

3. Connect Social & Email Accounts

Reconnect accounts if requested

Can users switch between multiple workspaces?
Yes. Users can switch between personal and invited workspaces anytime.
Is an Organization required?
Yes. Organizations help organize workspaces inside Postly.
Does the Organization need to be a real company?
No. It can simply be a label used for organizing your workspaces.
