Is Postly listed in Slack Marketplace?

Use the installation options on Postly’s Slack installation page. When a Slack Marketplace listing is available, install from that listing; otherwise use Manual installation. Then invite Postly to each intended channel and connect those channels in Postly. Installing an app does not add it to every channel. Read the Slack setup guide.
