How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, follow these steps:
- Click the Manage Subscription button on the Pricing and Billing page or in the dashboard.
- You will be redirected to the Stripe Billing Portal. Verify your Stripe account email if prompted.
- In the Stripe portal, you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
- Change your subscription plan (Monthly or Annual).
- Cancel your subscription if needed.
Note: Any changes to your subscription will take effect immediately, and prorated charges or refunds will be applied accordingly.
