Do API limits change based on user plans (Starter vs Premium)?

Starter plan users are limited to 2 connected channels and 50 one-time posts. However, when clients are invited into your premium workspace, they operate within that workspace’s capabilities and benefit from its premium features, including expanded publishing limits and scheduling options.
