INSTRUCTIONS

• This file cannot be edited or shared, please make a copy or download it as a CSV file.
• It is best practice to connect ONLY the pages, groups, channels, and boards you want to publish to before uploading the bulk upload CVS file.
• To avoid disconnecting and reconnecting platforms, please use different Workspaces for your different platforms.
• You can publish a maximum of 500 rows and a minimum of 4 rows at once.
  
• Delete all the instructions before uploading.

GENERAL RULES

• This file is read-only, do not attempt to edit it.
• To use this file as a Google Sheet, please make a copy by clicking on FILE ⇒ MAKE A COPY.
• You can also download the CSV format and edit it on your local system. Click FILE ⇒ DOWNLOAD ⇒ COMMA SEPARATED VALUES
• Do not change the Date Format: the format is: mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm, please do not change the “/” to “-“
• Platforms column and Due Date column information must be provided. They cannot be blank.
• The rows cannot less than 3 on the CSV file.
• Syntax errors in the header columns are not allowed, please do not edit the header: e.g. “Date” or “Due Dates” instead of “Due Date”
• Do not leave any row blank, e.g. you insert enter Due Date and Platform information then leave the rest of the row blank. This will lead to a blank screen once you upload the content.

IMAGES:

• Multiple Images can be added, each image URL is separated by a comma.
• The image must be from a publicly accessible platform.
• Please do not use Google Drive or Dropbox for the image or video storage as the URL will not work

VIDEOS:

• Only a single video URL can be published at a time.
• the mage must be from a publicly accessible platform.
• Please do not use Google Drive or Dropbox for the image or video storage as the URL will not work.

• RIGHT FORMAT: Let her use https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyz 

To get the right format, please do the following:

• For normal YouTube Videos: Search for the video and copy the address bar URL
• For YouTube Shorts videos: Right-click on the video and copy the URL.

PLATFORM-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Instagram Columns:

• Publish Instagram Video Under Reels: Yes or No
• Instagram Video Cover Thumb Offset: Optional time in seconds within the video duration where the video cover should be picked from.
• Must be a number (e.g. 0, 120,65,49). The default value is 0 which is the first frame of the video.
• For this Instagram Video Cover Thumb Offset: Add that, if the video is hosted on YouTube the thumb offset won’t work. It will always default to 0
• Instagram First Comment: Here you can paste the actual content of the Instagram 1st Comment
• Publish Instagram Image Under Stories: Yes or No
• Publish Instagram Video Under Stories: Yes or No
• Note that Instagram Reels and Stories cannot be published at the same time.
• YouTube video URLs are not recommended for publishing to Instagram, please try other video platforms.

• Google My Business Event Title: Set if Post Type is Event
• Google My Business Call To Action Button: Must be one of BOOK, ORDER, LEARN MORE, SIGN UP, CALL (should be in uppercase letters)
• Google My Business Call To Action URL: Link user should be redirected to when call to action button is clicked
• Google My Business Event Start Date And Time: Set If Post Type is Event; Date and Time format should be in the same
  format as Due Date
• Google My Business Event End Date And Time: Set if Post Type is Event; Date and Time format should be in the same format
  as Due Date
• Google My Business Offer Title: Set if Post Type is Offer
• Google My Business Offer Start Date And Time: Set if Post Type is Offer; Date and Time format should be in the same
